Radiance Point was created to provide an adequate space for celebrating special occasions. It’s contemporary black and white aesthetics allows for creatives to really transform the space, making every event extraordinarily different.

FAQ

What is the Capacity?

Capacity varies based on the setup of the room, but generally speaking: Banquet Room: 2,000 sq. ft, 100 guests | Chamber Room: 1,000 sq. ft, 50 guests | Main Terrace: 1,000 sq. ft. 60 guests |  Terrace: 500 sq. ft, 40 guests.

Does the venue offer planning and event design services?

We can service our clients with Full-Planning and Design services. This is a separate service from renting the venue. Contact venue owner and event planner Vayola for Planning and Design services.

What is your security deposit?

A security deposit in the amount of $1,000 will be required to be paid no less than 60 days prior to the date of the event.  The security deposit shall secure the renter’s obligation to repair any damage to the Radiance Point or surrounding areas. The renter is responsible to leave Radiance Point and surrounding property in its original condition prior to the event.  Any costs to Radiance Point for clean-up or repair of damage caused by the event will be deducted from the security deposit.  Any remaining security deposit will be refundable 30 days after the event.

Are pets allowed at the venue?

Pets are not allowed at Radiance Point, with the exemption of service animals.

Can caterers cook in the kitchen?

Cooking inside the building is absolutely prohibited. Caterers may use burners, and warmers, but no cooking. The kitchen and its contents must be left in the same condition in which it was found.  Cooking on the Terrace must have prior approval from the venue owner.

Can I bring in my own vendors?

Yes. All vendors must provide a certificate of insurance and add Radiance Point as additional insured.

Can I hire my own event planner?

Yes. Although our venue provides event planning and design services, we welcome all event planners to Radiance Point to provide unique and beautiful experiences to our clients.

What is your venue rental fee deposit?

To secure your date, a nonrefundable 50% retainer along with a signed contract.

When is the full payment due?

Remaining event rental balance must be paid 60 days prior to the event.  Failure to make final payment will result in event cancellation.

Do you charge a Sales Tax?

Florida state sales tax will be charged on the rental fee at 7%.  Non-profit organizations with must present their Non-Profit Status Form, and tax exempt organizations must present their Tax Exempt Certificate when completing the rental application.

Is security required for my event?

Events with more than 50 guests in attendance is required to hire our third party security vendor.

What happens if I need to cancel my event?

In the event of a cancellation more than 60 days prior to the event date, the Renter will receive a full refund of the incidental security deposit. Renters will not receive back any refund of venue rental payments. However, Renter may apply payments to a new date with a $500 reschedule fee.

Any cancellation at any time prior to the event date due to governmental regulations or CDC guidelines that limit the number of people that may gather to less than the planned number of guests, the Renter will receive an opportunity to reschedule a new date for the event. Cancellation notices must be submitted to Radiance Point in writing via email.

Is there a fee to change my event date?

If changing your event date isn’t because of any government regulations or CDC guidelines, a fee of $500 will be due to change the date of your event.

Can I serve Alcohol?

If alcohol is being served, a licensed bartender must provide Liquor License. Selling alcohol is prohibited.

Is there a cleaning fee?

Yes. Radiance Point staff does a deep cleaning and sanitizing after every event. A $400 cleaning service fee is due at the time of booking. Renter is responsible for removal of all equipment  (i.e. linens, décor, AV equipment and all personal items).
